Was at a temporary QTH this weekend,
So only had a very low Dipole, No AMP and no Interface for RTTY.

Originally was just going to be SSB but changed to Mixed after a few hours.

Didnt expect to work much. But was very surprised to work something on every
band!
Some nice short skip on 20/15/10 with Sporadic E.

Had lots of fun, even with a part time effort.

Thanks to everyone for the QSO's and the fun.
Special thanks to ARI and sponsors for a nice contest, with lots of
participation.

See you next time around.

Part time participation in between of other duties just to hand out
"TV" and have some fun running on CW. Signals were definitely low the
entire weekend. Not sure if it was a lack of participation or a lack of
propagation...more likely a mix of both.

Did 3 contacts on SSB. I am having a bad RFI issue on 20m SSB and can't seem to
fix it. Will have to debug it sooner or later but time is always lacking.

Thanks for the QSOs, see you in WPX CW

calls no QSO. Difficult to work outside of Europe on other bands.

Thanks for contacts and to organizers

Good conditions on Saturday, especially due to short openings of E-S propagation
on 15 + 10 m, but very poor on Sunday. In the last 3-4 hours I struggled to stay
in the chair. I should have operated on Mixed category, at least to keep myself
busy. Thanks for calling/answering and see you in the coming contests. 73, Alex

Thanks for QSO's. Second day was a real struggle.
Two Kenwoods 850 , One ACOM 1011 at 300W , second radio was 100W only.
At least ten multipliers were seen, but missed me.Special thanks for all
QSY's on request
Probably my last contest with current setup, major station upgrade planned
for next year or two.

WQ6X(@W7AYT)   SO CW LP   42017-05-07 20:03:21
This was another WQ6X multi-contest event from W7AYT's QTH in Concord Ca.
I ran a Yaesu FT-1000mp into a CH-250 Vertical and a Cobra drooping dipole,
often run in parallel for better signal enhancement. Running SO2-V helped
up the QSO rate somewhat.
You can read more about this in an upcoming WQ6X contest BLOG entry.

Stay Tuned.

Just one week after the Ari International Dx Contest 2017. I can say to be
satisfied how it had run. Low propagation didn’t compromise it. I got about
two hundred qso more than last year but less multipliers. I lost a few
multipliers on low bands owing low power, 100 Watt. I didn’t succeeded make
qso with a few multipliers stations. On higher bands, propagation specially
Sunday morning, didn’t allow me to gain more easy multipliers. At the end I
have improved the last year’s score. I deleted about ten qso with D1 prefixes
they has given me neither qso point neither multiplier.
