This week 20 was productive in this session - unlike last week when it was like
I was running QRPp. Even 80 was pretty quiet. I plan to do one of the CWO
sessions seriously but can't do all three this year. Hope to work many of you.

First try CWT remote from NX6T contest station in Fallbrook CA. Thanks Dennis
N6KI and John K6AM for getting me set up. Nice having good antennas on the
three night time bands and being heard at 500w. Remote takes a little getting
used to with some interruptions of the DSL at base station end during TV prime
time, but all in all a fine experience.
Thanks for the Qs.

Rig: K3; ACOM1000. Antenna: 6BTV.

OP fom CA; grid CM95; San Luis Obispo county.

This was a "cuda, shuda, wooda" session. Went to change from the
yagi to the dipole saw that I had worked 20m on the 6BTV so that is what I used
for the three bands. May have done better or not. Had fun just the same.
VE5SDH   Single Op LP   4,1302016-08-31 21:17:27

more then 60 :)

K5VI   Single Op LP   7502016-08-31 21:20:04
Fun event as always! I look forward to it every week as a great opportunity to
improve my operating skills. Conditions this evening were mixed--20 meters was
decent to include a contact WH7W in HI; 40 was in reasonable condition despite
some QRN. Not a bad outing, all things said and done.

Rig on this end--Yaesu FTDX 3000 with a 20-15-10 meter driven element
(rotatable) up 28 feet and an inverted v for 40 meters up 27 feet at the apex.

Thanks to Larry, WB5EIN sticking with me on 40 meters as I clumsily hit the
wrong keys. Sorry about that!

Until next week, 73 and Adios from El Paso!
