Lots of fun. Conditions only decent. Still could use more activity. Nice to work
some UAs and EU non-member stations. 73 de Art KZ5D

Pretty good at times. I will miss the 1900 but should be back for 0300.

I'm obviously not up to snuff, even more so during the AM session. Much more
prone to mistakes. Only managed to snag Anders this morning for DX. Strange
not to hear F5IN/Mike.

Last Q was with KB1VEN Dennis, and I kept confusing his name with "de NNIS" and
was wondering why he gave one call the first time and another oddball call the
second time. He had to repeat probably five times before my thick head caught
on that his name was Dennis. Sorry Dennis :)

Nice wake-me-up for the morning though. Hope to hear you folks later.

Thunderstorms cleared out just in time. Good signals, but activity seemed
somewhat reduced and limited to 40 & 20m.

Heard several W6 on 40 meters but no go, but I am happy to work you on 20
meters. Thanks to SM6CNN, Anders was only Europe 20 meter QSO although I heard
several more very weak. I always have fun and I don't need to turn my ground

My first time in this contest. Takes a few QSO's to get used to the format. PC
keying got garbled all the time so had to unplug it.

See you at 19z.

It was nice to hear 40 open to the west coast even at 1300Z. Signals were loud
from the west on 20 here in VA and from the east coast on 40. I think I missed
some Europe (only worked 5) even though I was flipping the beam back and

Thanks for all the Q's, guys.

Too early for EU on 20m from the west. Nice to get Shin on 80 and 40m.
N5RR   Single Op LP   2,5622011-09-28 07:29:14
Only a few Europe QSOs, but good conditions in the US. Thanks to the
non-members that called.
