Absolutely no contact between my Inverted-L LW and Poland on 10-15 meter bands
and very poor on 20 meter.
40M band worked very well for me.

Rig: Elecraft K3 - 100 Watt.
Ant: 20 meter Long Wire as Inverted-L for all bands.

Happy 80th anniversary to SPDX Contest!

Would have been even more fun to chase SP-stations if they had identified more
often. Felt average ratio: One ID per five qsos.

OR2F   SOABCW LP   19,2242013-04-07 10:31:27
Low activity, low dynamic at all ...
Why the contest is named SP-DX once it has nothing to do with DX ?

MØCFW(JK3GAD)   SOSB/20CW LP   7,7762013-04-07 11:57:07
For some reason, ATU did not match 5 meter wire on any band, so I operated QRP
most of the time on Saturday. I replaced ATU with LDG (not suitable for
out-door and single wire) Sunday morning, managed to tune 20m at least.
Originally planned SOAB entry but decided to concentrate on 20m.

Thanks everyone for QSOs!

VE7JH   SOABMixed LP   3,7172013-04-07 14:53:02
Great conditions to SP-land from the West Coast. I figured I'd make a few
contacts for fun but then quickly changed my goal to try to work all 16
voivodeships. The toughest one was Swietokrzyskie (or let's just call it
"S", HI), but finally snagged SP7JOA for the sweep.
Very good activity from Poland. Thanks for the contest organizers, it was a lot
of fun.
Rig: IC-706, 85W, and 3el tribander.

Better conditions overall resulted in more than 200 Qs than last year.
No real 10m opening was a disappointment. Great fun!

Fun contest. I thought condx and activity were pretty good, except no 10
meters. Didn't get to 80/40 until just about sunrise in SP. Wrked SN7O on 4
bands, 3 stns on 3 bands.

FT1000MP, Alpha 91b, 1 KW, TH6DXX, dipole, inverted vee. Thanks for all QSOs.
Pretty good conditions. QRN built up on 80M toward European sunrise. 20M was
open during most of the night, although many SP stations weren't beaming to NA.
Short, weak 10M opening about 1345Z on Sunday. No SP stations heard on 10M on
Saturday. Hope to work many of you in the GA QSO Party next weekend, April
13-14. 73, John, K4BAI.

stations... Congrats to all the competitors for great achievements this year.
Looks like many SP records have been broken.
Thanks for all the qso's and see you next year!
