All 20M for this session and not a lot of Q's, but all were mults. Mike F5IN was
my single DX QSO with a FB signal in OR.

Normally I'm teaching at Hesston College at 1900Z, but this is Spring Break week
so a great excuse to take a break from our spring house cleaning project! Also
took a few minutes off to tighten a vertical antenna connection which somehow
worked itself loose .. should be 100% for this evening.

Thanks to all for the Qs!

73, Bob, w0bh

OK1DIG   Single Op HP   4,5502011-03-10 07:37:30
My best result so far. The high SSN resulted in nice propagation
on 20m in particular. DX worked was ZS,VU and some US west coast
stations.

A great time with friends, I can see that conditions in bands. are much better,
and will be better next months ;-)

Yaesu FT950. 2El.moxon yagi for 20 home made. N1MM

W4RK   Single Op HP   1,1842011-03-10 08:11:18
OK1DIG and F5IN strong in MO. Nice to have good EU signals.

KØVXU   Single Op HP   3,0252011-03-10 09:07:43
The propagation was really good as there were several contacts outside North
Americ. Thanks to all who put up with my poor hearing....lots of QRN. Thanks
to all for the QSOs.

I still haven't perfected using contest logging software in this contest. Too
many wrong keystrokes and "fat fingers". This definitely slowed down the
rate.

See you next month.

73,
Russ - K0VXU

W7WHY   Single Op LP   1,0852011-03-10 09:17:11
Boy, signals were PW here. Had some calling me, but they just didn't get
over the noise. Sorry about that. I heard N6RO working stations I couldn't
even hear here on 20.

WWV said flux was 155, A-4, K=1, so thought conditions would be good today.

Hope things get better for tonight. 73

20m not great today, and 40m is loosing skip into the mid-west at mid-day.
Activity seemed down, but nice to log a handful of EUs.

AA8IA   Single Op LP   1822011-03-10 10:23:25
I always forget about these. Was searching for DX, ran across someone calling
CWT and figured I'd answer a few CQs.

Thanks for a nice break from the monotony of work ! (yeah, I search for DX
during work)

N5AW   Single Op LP   2,1932011-03-10 10:36:34
Lost my 40 meter beam in a wind storm in early February. Replacement dipole is
definitely not as good! Bug in logging program would intermittantly drop
letters off the end of calls more than 4 letters long. But it was still fun.

W6SX   Single Op HP   1,4402011-03-10 10:52:18
CWops Tests are fun, but would be a lot more fun with more activity. Get on and
enjoy the fun!

K3, ACOM 2000A, wire antenna at 46 feet with Matchboxes, N1MM.

K1GU   Single Op LP   2,1932011-03-10 10:57:49
I'm surprised by the diversity of calls.

It's like a no-pressure NCCC Sprint but with DX.

N5RR   Single Op LP   1,7632011-03-10 11:32:49
Missed a little over 10 minutes at the start due to a conference call that went
long. Some good DX to Europe on 20M.

K2QMF   Single Op HP   5,0052011-03-10 11:56:45
Fun event...
Thanks for all the Q's...

The 1900Z CWT, I had most of the dipoles stretched back up and
16 X 16 for 256. 20 meters was only band open here at this time.
Dan, OK1DIG, had the big European signal. (sent previously as 1100 CWT)

W1UJ   Single Op HP   7292011-03-10 15:48:30
I was just leaving my house to run errands when 1/2 mile down the street it was
1930z! Spun the truck around and made the first QSO at 19:45:42 and the last
I Logged at 20:00:00. Extremely fun 15 minutes!

14=US 13=DX / 108 rate.

Tried to do the whole hour on 20 but the well ran dry after 50 min. Really good
conditions on 20. VU2PTT, ZL1AH and ZS1EL called in. Hope this is a sign of
things to come.

Was working from home, 19z occurred right at 12 p.m. - convenient! So I had
lunch a little late. Nice to hear all the loud signals for a change.
