Falling asleep in the chair tonight. Super tired, and the slow code is like a
lullaby for me. Had to call it quits early.

73, Thanks for the Q's.

Bands still tough tonight. Got called late by a bunch of EU stations on 20M that
were very distorted and light coming in over the pole. No time left to give 40M
much of a shot. Looking forward to the end of summer propagation in AK!

After 146 CWT QSOs with no CWAs I worked two in a row: N6EWT and KE4S -
congratulations guys! 20 meters was OK but 40 was awful here - very noisy and
weak signals. Hope things are better next week.

Noisy and never felt loud.

I accidentally made 3 or 4 contacts at high speed. I had the monitors turned
off and forgot to turn the speed down on one of the rigs.

This contest is a lot more fun at high speed!

W6SX   Single Op HP   4,9282015-06-10 21:12:57
Nice to work CW Academy stations. Particularly nice to work CWA stations who are
already CWops members. Well done all.

the ears.

Got started at normal speed, and hey everyone sending slower, Tim N3QE love the
sound of your Straight key, and great signal to boot! So, I unplugged the
paddles from the keyer, and went direct into the rig, and sent with just the
right paddle, QLF of course! Did that for a few Q's, and then back to the keyer
for the remainder at 20 wpm.. A very interesting nite! Great nite to practice
SO2R for sure!

Conditions OK on 20, 40 very good, 80 noisy..

K5GQ   Single Op LP   1442015-06-11 03:31:08
K5RB asked that each run at 20 wpm in hopes of working some of the CWA
graduates.
I did not work any “CWA” graduate. Hope some of you did.
My noise level was S7 to S9 very hard to work many stations.

K4BAI   Single Op HP   4,3122015-06-11 05:10:48
IC756Pro, SB220, KW, TH6DXX, dipole. 15M had a lot of activity at the start
from all over the US. W6NS was the strongest followed by WR5J and N3QE. 20M
was quite good to US and Europe. 40M was good too, but FG8NY was the only DX
on that band. Welcome to many CWA graduates and other newcomers. Glad to have
old friend ND4V participating. Thanks for all QSOs. Was a nice change of pace
with the keyer speed set at 20 WPM. 73, John, K4BAI.

Wanted to get on all three hours, but many things came up preventing me from
doing so. Was able to get on for a a few minutes in the 0300 CWT. Hard to
make contacts with only 5 watts on crowded band.

KØFUZ   Single Op LP   252015-06-11 07:29:04
First time on this contest. Recently passed Level 1 CWA. Thanks for the
encouragement. Gotta get me logging software up to speed!
