Easy UR run in short-skip condx. I wish more DX in 3 weeks time.

Several stations calling CQ TEST 5-10 minutes after it ended, and still getting
answers. How's that for rubber-clocking!

Got on 10m CW Saturday morning to see how the band was. Worked 100 stations in
50 minutes, all but a couple in Europe. Welcome back old friend. Filled in with
a few QSOs on other bands when I had time.

The solar flares putted down all hopes opening NA from my site. Had heard lot of
us guys in SS on 7 and 14 MHz, but had got only one in UR DX at 21.
"Radio blackouts reaching the R1 level occurred." These words mean "You will
have nothing from NA with your 100W barefoot running" :-)

FT1000MP, Alpha 78, 1 KW, TH6DXX. Time was limited, but contest was very
enjoyable with good high band openings. A few called me later on 40 M when I
was in ARRL SS CW, but I was at a different QTH without my UR contest log and
couldn't work them at that time. Thanks for all QSOs. Hope to work you all
from Bonaire in CQ WW CW as PJ4A with other ops: KU8E, K1XM, and W1FJ. 73,
John, K4BAI.
