Big thanks to my good pal John, W6JZH, who as always was a wonderful host! Due to some family issues lately, it wasn't in the cards for me to do CQWW CW from anywhere as a planned effort, and John was gracious enough to allow me to use the station at the last minute. As John said, "see what you can do from a city lot in a noisy neighborhood, and have fun!". Those were my words to live by this weekend. Too bad old Sol had other ideas. Conditions were terrible. Highlights were working JT5DX on 40M at sunset (shortpath!) with enormous signals. The last hour on 40 was fun too with some good mults as well. Another highlight was sleeping both nights! I also did a fair amount of DXing and looking for odd paths - love that!
