|RIG: TS590S ANTENNA: 80, 30, 20, 10 - fan dipole at 30' 100% S&P Logger: N3FJP's CQ WPX Contest Log Version 4.2 Beta With 80M being so bad lately, and 80M DXCC in my sights (and therefore 5BDXCC.) I decided to enter as 80M single-band. (I like challenges!) At least I thought I would learn more about 80 Meters. I did learn some more, never had to worry about being on the air before 7 PM, and did garner one more country. Saturday night was fun for a short period when I hit a peak of 40/hour. Scott's (N3FJP) new band-map control-codes almost make "C&P" too easy! Just ENTER the current contact and the next spot is loaded and ready to go. (I did find many stations between spots as I still believe in the "big knob.") 73 -- Larry -- W1DYJ|
