This was a quite difficult one for me.. Managed to build the station well before the contest in September/October and also had the opportunity to try and fine tune every single piece of the station automation; everything was just perfect.. then two weekends before the contenst while erecting the antenna back home (to chase K9W and T33A) successfully torn my left hand biceps completely.. Having not much chances left; got the surgery two days later and an arm fixing for 5 weeks.. This time is the high season at work so I needed to collect my peices and decided to go for the WW CW weekend as well no matter what.. Had two weeks to experience life with one hand before the contest, but the reality was a bit more painful than expected. After a few hours the first day I needed to accept my limitations that hourly rate was not going to be beyond 130qso. I will need to find a better internet provider for the station; Sunday I was almost completely disconnected; was only able to connect 2..3 times for a few minutes during the entire day and the RBN spots were 45 minutes delayed.. recognized when tuning to stations and most of them were already gone even if were shown to be on since a few minutes.. Fortunately most of the multipliers had been collected on Saturday when the connection was perfect. Regardless of all Murphies it was a great fun and would not miss it. Thanks to all the callers, see you in arrl cw 2014. 73 Gabor HA7GN
